The work we will do during our 4 months together:

1. Big Vision 🚀

Get clear on what lights you on fire and where you want to go with your one precious life with my playful methods of inquiry that allow an intimate connection to your core self. You’ll no longer be a slave to movitvation (or lackthereof) because purposeful direction is what will fuel you forward.

2. Rebellious Rewiring 🧠

Spot and interrupt the outdated beliefs getting in your way by learning a simple tool I was trained in, inspired by neuroscience. Together we’ll replace them with beliefs and behaviors that are aligned with your true values (not society’s!) and get you where you want to go.

3. Focused Action 🎯

Stop feeling exhausted and spend your energy intentionally by applying my flexible time management and project planning tools. This program is not for fancy talk and little action. You’ll be expected to plan, share and show up for daring weekly quests that advance your vision.

After thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, I was obsessed with helping others accomplish their biggest dreams too, so I trained as a life coach.

Since then, I left my career as a freelance designer and illustrator to guide creative souls on their quest for a more meaningful life. (Check out what they’ve done below!)

  • We meet every week for 45 minutes in the first 2 months, and every other week in the last 2 months, for a total of 12 sessions. I am available for you 5 days a week via WhatsApp for written and voice note coaching between sessions if needed.

  • I have a series of techniques I use depending on what you need in the session. There’s a lot of inquiry, which is about asking powerful questions that dig deeper and deeper into your unique truth and increase your self-awareness as well as your connection to your core self. Then there are techniques based on neuroscience to rewire the beliefs that keep you from achieving what you want. Finally I also love to use unshaming techniques to help you own all the parts of you so you become more compassionate towards yourself and unapologetic about who you are and what you most desire.

  • Results vary depending on my clients’ involvement in the work (see specific examples above!) What they have in common though, is a clearer idea of where they’re going in life, a more empowered approach to life and actionable tools to set goals, manage their time and enhance their thinking along the way.

  • You will fill in an intake form before we start about what you most want to work on together. Then in the first few sessions we will choose specific goals, identify success metrics and outline exactly what's required to get there. Then I will check in with you and your progress every week and we will tweak as we go. At the halfway mark, you will fill in another form about where you’re at and what needs to be adjusted moving forward to make sure you meet your goals. In the last 2 months, we will meet every other week and I will be there for you on Whatsapp to support you between our sessions.

  • Let me ask you a more powerful question: What’s going to happen if you keep doing what you’ve been doing? Does that work? If not, it’s time to ask for help and take a bet on another approach. Instead of hoping it works, ask yourself: How can I make this work?
